Yes. All of ENDEAVOR’s hotel cosmetics are made with gentle, skin-friendly formulas free from parabens, harsh sulfates, and synthetic dyes. Many are enriched with plant-based ingredients and essential oils (Botanica with argan oil and Carlo Bellotti with marula oil), making them suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Although ENDEAVOR mainly serves hospitality businesses, individuals who appreciate quality, natural cosmetics are welcome to shop with us. Many of our private customers use our toiletries products, such as shampoos, conditioners, body lotions at home for a spa-like experience.

Ordering and delivery questions

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, there are minimum quantities for the hotel toiletries brands which are written in the description of each product but in case you missed it we’ll inform you before you commit. But you’re free to order as little or as much as you need from the skincare cosmetics brands and the hotel equipment items.

 

How fast is delivery within Europe?

We typically ship our products within 1–2 business days from the advance payment. Delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the size of the order. For wholesale clients, we give the option to arrange the pick up of the shipment from our warehouse, with their own transporter.

Which countries do you deliver to?

ENDEAVOR delivers to all EU countries and selected non-EU European destinations. If you’re based outside Europe, contact us and we’ll confirm if shipping is available.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You’ll be able to monitor the delivery in real time. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your country, the order weight, and delivery method. Final shipping costs are calculated and are included separately within our final offer. We also offer free shipping for larger orders or returning wholesale clients. 

 

Payment and invoicing queries

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mainly direct bank transfers as it is the most secure way of payment. Approved business clients can also order on invoice with net payment terms.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. VAT invoices are issued automatically for business clients. Make sure to enter your VAT ID at checkout or email us with your company details. Business clients within EU are getting our products with 0% VAT. Just check before if your company’s details and VAT ID match to the VIES VAT number validation.

Do you offer discounts for wholesale orders?

Yes, ENDEAVOR offers discounted rates for wholesale orders. Please contact us with details about what you need, and we’ll prepare a custom quote.

Returns and replacements of the products

What if my items arrive damaged or incomplete?

We always ask from our clients when taking over the products from the courier, please check carefully the boxes and pay attention to signs of external damage (deformation of the corners, humidity, punctures, cuts, etc.). If the packages show any signs of damage, please insist on issuing a complaint report with the transporter. Your claim cannot be accepted without a written report of the damage to the package or goods. On this situation, if any part of your order is damaged, or if the boxes are incomplete or missing, contact us within 5 working days. We’ll send replacements or issue a credit depending on the situation. Please provide photos for faster processing.

Can I return items if I change my mind?

Yes, unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. ENDEAVOR offers samples of hotel toiletries and amenities so you can check product quality before placing a larger order. Samples may be free or charged depending on the item and shipping location.

Can you help me set up recurring deliveries?

Absolutely. We can arrange monthly or quarterly restocking of amenities or equipment based on your occupancy and usage rates. Contact us to set up a plan. This helps you avoid running out of essential items during busy periods.
